To create a restaurant that can embrace the spirit of UBUNTU – “I am because you are” or the sense of giving without expecting anything in return. To work towards equal opportunity of basic needs and looking to the future of all our staff.

A Reality

Johan’s at Longridge restaurant and wine bar opened its doors on the 23rd of December 2010 at 12:00. The first lunch, we served two tables – the winery owner and a future employee. The food on this day was created around the beautiful garden – a true inspirational symbol. People were smiling, sometimes with a grin, realising that they have discovered something…

On this first day we started building for the future.
